Our restaurant focuses on sustainable meat culture in the Italian tradition. We particularly value the butcher's trade. The cattle of our long-time friend and supplier, star butcher Dario Cecchini, graze in the Pyrenees nature reserve at an altitude of 1,800 meters. We source our products from small farmers in Italy, whose product quality stands out from the average due to their appreciation of traditions and good protection of nature and animal products.The menu is inspired by the cuisine of northern Italy in particular but we are always open to new ideas. Fantastic experience, which made my wife very happy on her birthday. The hostess and waiters were attentive, pleasant, and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you very much and we will visit again if we are ever in berlin again - highly recommended
