Wonderful as always. Food was delicious and we had a great Christmas Eve meal. Service was a bit choppy at points (for example it took us almost 30 minutes to get salt and pepper, and a split salad only half came out) but we chalk that up to the Christmas crowd and tight staffing. Other than that, a wonderful experience. The second floor porch alcove is potentially the most pretty table in Houston and the noise level is far better than the ground floor

Lee was an exceptional waiter. Provided a lot of information on the steaks & speciality drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Steak 48 exceeded all my expectations, providing a dining experience that was nothing short of phenomenal. The highlight of the evening was the impeccable service from Ryjane. She was the epitome of professionalism—attentive, knowledgeable, and flawless in her execution. Her genuine warmth and efficiency elevated the entire experience, making us feel truly valued as guests. The food was equally outstanding! From the perfectly cooked, tender steak to the delectable sides and appetizers, every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise and attention to detail. The flavors were rich and beautifully balanced, and the presentation was just as impressive. Steak 48 is the perfect spot for a special occasion or simply indulging in an unforgettable meal. We had a memorable birthday evening here! Hudson was our server and he was excellent, patient in explaining the menu, and also listening well to our preferences. The result was a great experience. Every dish was unique and so tasty.
