The food is consistently good quality fresh produce, turning out Italian classics without fuss in an industrial feel old apple warehouse with some very nice finishes and a large wood fired pizza oven. In winter the fireplaces are ablaze and it is always cozy. In summer the doors swing open and there is a sense of the forrest beyond where nature trails take you through the trees in nearby hills. The staff are attentive, the wine list is perfect for food pairing! Delicious banana fritters & icecream for dessert but $15 was on the pricey side for a pub meal. Steak all day and into the night on a Tuesday and roast for $24 on a Sunday . Excellent service from our waiter “Darius” so professional and knowledgeable . I like to dine here every couple of months as I live on the Mornington Peninsula and this would have to be the best pub meal ever .
