- RRajivvipSan Francisco Bay Area •30 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoWe got a seat at the bar ordered cocktails and small dishes. Everything was uniformly excellent. The barkeeper was knowledgeable and made a beautifully balanced Manhattan. The small dishes recommonded were all tasty and of high quality. Overall the only reason to dock a star is that Nobu is expensive (big surprise). But if you are not cost sensitive, then this is an excellent place for high quality drinks and light dishes. Recommended.More infoNobu Palo AltoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Palo Alto•4.5

It consistently delivers excellent food in a great atmosphere with top notch service. I’ve been for a casual night with friends to an anniversary dinner and it was perfect for both- a great time with fantastic food!More infoACRE Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Oakland•4.6

- JJayvipSan Francisco Bay Area •21 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe almost always eat in Oakland, Berkeley and SF because it's hard to find good food and flavors through the tunnel. Hideout nails it. The lamb shank, the fried chicken, the squash all as good as you get in the City. Delicious. Could still use some work on their craft cocktails, but the food was excellent.More infoThe Hideout KitchenPrice: Moderate• American• Lafayette•4.5
- SStephenSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe appetizers: calamari , bruschetta were very good. The salads were very good and well. The entrees were mixed with the salmon being very good as well as the eggplant Parmesan. The petrale was fair to good. The best part of the evening was our waiter James. He was great in every aspect and is the best waiter I have encountered in a very long time. I eat out regularly and James was excellent. I hope his employer realizes what a great server he has.More infoPiatti - DanvillePrice: Moderate• Italian• Danville•4.5
