Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Ozone Park

Five of us and we ate family-style so we got a lot of different things and really liked everything. Our collective favorite was the Red Curry with chicken. The corn salad and the papaya salad were good to refresh the palette in between dishes. Spice level was high.

Dinner was absolutely delicious. It looked amazing!!! Our server Walter was top notch with making us feel welcomed with his excellent customer service!!

Vetro is one of our favorite restaurants. It is always outstanding. This time we went to celebrate a birthday. There was a written birthday message, a sparkling birthday dessert and the singing of happy birthday. The food as always was beyond delicious. We love that dinner is not rushed which gives us time to enjoy our time there. The wait staff is always very attentive. A special shout out to our waiter Ricardo who was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you Vetro for another wonderful dining experience.

Ive eaten here many times and its always great, but last night i was BLOWN AWAY. Everything from service, food, and wine selection was perfect. We opened with Andre Clouet champagne, which was drinking beautifully. The wine list at L'antagoniste is one of the city's best deals, and I paired it with the frisse salad, which had the most amazing dressing (cucumber sorbet!!! brilliant) and the decadent escargot dish with came with frogs legs and bone marrow. Then we moved on to a 2018 1er cru burg which was beyond perfect. We enjoyed the duck a la orange, which was modern and updated, the mashed potatoes was so good we took more home. The temp on the meat was perfection. Instead of oranges, they use picked grapefruit which is less sweet and oh-so-good! we also had the steak which was BIG, and perfectly cooked. I could not have been happier, and felt more satisfied. Thank you for a great evening!
