Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Stony Brook

Have been here multiple times for special occasions and they never disappoint! Every single thing about this restaurant is top notch. Couldn’t recommend more!

This is the second year I’ve came to Prime to celebrate Thanksgiving (with standard menu) . Outstanding food + service , ambience is always so warm and welcoming love the decor and vibe of the restaurant . Professional staff and the food is worth making the 45 minute drive from south shore to dine ! Will be coming back next year ! Mashed potatoes were very bland and porterhouse was not as seasoned as I would have liked but the Mac and cheese and ribeye were amazing. Great cocktails too and excellent service. Bathrooms also needed to be cleaned, not great in there.

An absolutely wonderful experience for our family of 10. The service was fantastic and the food wonderful! An all around good time was had by the entire family. Thank you offering such a great experience! We will be back!!

There were 4 of us and we all said the music was very loud, too loud for friends who wanted to catch up. We asked the waiter if he could possibly lower it and within seconds it was done. If that doesn’t say a lot about customer service I don’t know what does! All of our food was very tasty and plentiful; service was very friendly and attentive; and we all took half of our meal home. We were all too full for dessert. This is a great restaurant with great food and great service!!
