- RRobertWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis is an exceptional restaurant, particularly for its views on a sunny day. The service is very good and the food was good. I had the lobster roll which was more a lobster burger and my friend, a Cobb salad that was a deconstructed Cobb and not in a good way. The fish appetizers were good. It is quite the scene and the great place to “wow” out of town visitors. I find the $20 valet parking annoying.More infoThe Rooftop at Waldorf Astoria - Beverly HillsPrice: Very Expensive• American• Beverly Hills•4.8

The helpful and friendly hostess reserved a great table with a “Reserve” sign for us. The noise level was pleasant. The establishment is classy, safe, and clean. The servers are attentive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the menu, etc. we highly recommend The Blvd for amazing fine dining experiences.More infoTHE Blvd - Beverly Wilshire HotelPrice: Moderate• Californian• Beverly Hills•4.7
- DDavidVIPLos Angeles •22 reviews5.0Dined on 1 Jan 2025New Years Day and we wanted some place that we knew would be fantastic, so where else but Gjelina? It was busy but the hosts and servers were unfailingly polite. We ordered 6 things from the menu. My wife's vegan so she had the vegetable sandwich (she had to fight me for it, it was so good). Brussel sprouts, grilled fennel, and the frites were all great. My son and I split the anchovy and burrata toast - a first for me - and it's my new favorite. Finished with the excellent pomodoro pizza - no cheese and none needed, because the jammy tomato confit is the star of the dish. I love this place. It never lets me down.
