Always an A+ experience, from the back patio still being available for us immunocompromised people still not wanting to get sick from COVID, to the staff who now knows me, to the quick and attentive serving staff and finally the outstanding food and quality. Five stars all around!!

Bola is expensive but worth it. I’m partially disabled and when I got there with my cane, the host immediately put me at a table instead of the bar and I had the best meal of the four days I spent in Chicago. The baby beet salad was delicious and the duck breast was amazing, so I decided to try the dessert too, and that was, if anything, an even better treat. I had the dark chocolate and it was the best ever. I would certainly come back.

Awesome meal, service, and drinks. We were seated in the back room which on a cold night felt a little less cozy but on the flip side was quieter so easy to catch up with friends.

We dined on a Monday night; 1/2 priced bottles of wine… need I say more?! We shared the Peking duck for 2 and, and, sat at the very small and cozy bar. The Duck was so flavorful and cooked to perfection, we had the seasonal squash soup; which is just spicy enough to be interesting and satisfying but, not so much that it overwhelms- the service is quick and efficient and the room is small and charming- the best French bistro in Chicago!
