In addition to their pizzas, the pasta dishes are equally impressive. The gnocchi is light and fluffy, served in a savory sauce that complements the dish perfectly. As always, another great experience! Food was amazing as per usual. Joy is the best. Great moody soundtrack and cozy energy. We brought some friends from out of town, and they thoroughly enjoyed everything. Wine pairings were requested and suggestions were spot on. Prix fixe menu is a fantastic value. Highly recommend, we will be back soon.

I've been eating at the Buellton Hitching Post for over 30 years and can't remember a bad meal, plate, or drink. This is a special restaurant that never lost its soul. It's not about plating, or stuffiness or a 50 page wine list. JJ the wine buyer puts together a great list that goes from great local BTG specials to a cellar that sports 1962 Lafite. Bring your friends and trust the 'Post' to exceed your expectations. Don't sleep on the duck, the mushrooms, the pork chop, and of course the steaks are fire--my choice is the filet.
