Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Central Saanich

Dominic was our server and he was excellent 👌 🥂 On point with all the food and drinks we appreciated his knowledge and efficiency! Dinner was fabulous with great flavor and everything came out hot! Billy miner pie for the finish and this foodie was in heaven! Thanks for the great birthday party 🥳

Arrived at 7pm and had reserved a place in the corner so I could enjoy a quiet dinner with my date. The server was excellent, no rushing whatsoever (I later found out the kitchen closes at 8pm). Drinks were served promptly and dinner was hot and delicious, (I had the smoked chicken in cream sauce on pasta - very tasty). Then I notice most of the patrons were gone and that's when I found out it closes at 8pm,it was 8:15. She said, 'no rush, can I get you a cup of coffee'. We had a lovely evening and left at 8:36pm. I rarely if ever give a 20%tip - that night was the exception. I will go back for sure.

This is a return visit for us during happy hour. We are a couple who met with friends. We were well received, comfortably seated, lots of room at the table, service was excellent. Large portions provided more than ample meal. Temperature in the restaurant was comfortable and noise levels were acceptable. We had the mushroom burger and my partner had the quesadillas. The restaurant was accommodating enough to replace chicken with tofu as my partner is vegetarian. We will be back again. Thank you.

Food was absolutely amazing!(wish we could of told the chef!) We got the octopus which was one of the best dishes I have ever had with all of the flavours. Such a wide variety to pick from as well! This was our first time at Finn’s and will certainly be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful date night that blew us away!

The New Year’s Day brunch was incredible. The staff were amazing and the ambiance was inviting!
