The staff are inviting, knowledgeable, and simply on top of their game every single day. As someone who has travelled far and wide, Roots should be on everyone’s list of go-to’s. In terms of restaurants in the greater Rutland area, this should always be a first choice on anyone’s list.More infoRoots The RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Rutland•4.6

We had to flag our server down to order wine with dinner and dinner came before the wine arrived. - MMatthewPhiladelphia County •32 reviews5.0Dined on 14 Nov 2024We ate at the Dorset Inn restaurant several times, as we were staying there. Service is always very attentive. Reservations are honored in a timely fashion. Burgers, pastas, salads, specials, etc. were all excellent. The dining room and the pub can be a little more noisy than the large cozy dining room. You can eat at the bar. There’s a nice roaring fireplace in the pub area as well.More infoDorset InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Dorset•4.7
