    Jennifer was our server and she was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was patient while we were catching up with friends and we didn’t feel rushed throughout our dining experience. Eddie Merlot is one of our favorite restaurants and a go to when we have out of town guests. Save room for coffee AND dessert. You won’t be disappointed.

     Very impressive from start to finish and in every way, from ease of making reservations and checking on food allergy safety, to friendly and attentive service from Olivia, to high-quality, interesting, fresh food options for everyone in our group.     We had an early Valentines Day dinner. Was seated quickly. Someone came by the table and poured water. The waiter came over and got our drink order. I had the Flirtini and my fiance’ got the Old Fashioned. We both enjoyed our drinks. Bread service was quick. The bread was really good. We ordered the Shrimp Cocktail plus an extra shrimp. We ordered a filet, the surf and turf , baked potato, and grilled asparagus. All of the food was spot on. We will def be back again. Service was very nice.
