Great New Year’s dinner experience! The special menu was fairly priced and the food was very good! We had some great cocktails too. I especially liked the key lime pie! The server was beyond excellent! He went above & beyond in making sure we enjoyed everything and took some amazing pictures of us on the staircase.

Loved our dining experience here. Been here a couple of times and has never disappointed. Valet parking, friendly hostess, nice place for special occasions. The food is outstanding from start to finish. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. Have an extensive wine list and many nonalcoholic options available. I really enjoyed the meatballs, the winter salad, the beef tenderloin and the brown butter crème brûlée. My date enjoyed the calamari, the beet salad and the radiatore with duck confit. Overall, an excellent meal and would highly recommend this restaurant-one of the Burgh’s finest.

Every time I come to Pittsburgh, this is must on my list of places to eat. The cocktails are great, the food is very creatively put together and has tons of excellent flavors. Great service, and overall a great experience.

Forma is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is amazingly delicious, the portions are generous, and the ambiance is lovely. We have enjoyed brunch, lunch, and many dinners at Forma and will keep going back! We often get dessert to go or pick up a take and bake dinner for later. We love Forma!
