They are also using different rectangular plates to serve the meals vs the large round ones. Food is still delicious and our server, Emma, was great.More infoJoseph Ambler InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• North Wales•4.8

Two of us at our table immensely enjoyed the Romarin specialty cocktail. Four of us shared three hors d’ouevres - the charcuterie, the mushroom tart and the crispy artichokes along with the beet salad. The serving sizes of each were perfect for the 4 of us to share. Our water glasses were continually refilled and the service was excellent. Two at our table had the Saturday special - poultry feuillete - an elevated chicken pot pie with mushrooms and black truffle oil. I sampled the special and the sauce was superb! I ordered the Moules Frites and another had the veal escalope. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food, the atmosphere and didn’t feel rushed. The interior of the restaurant was decorated for the holidays and it was a warm, welcoming environment. We completed our meal by sharing the moelleux au chocolat - a warm chocolate cake with hazelnuts and praline sorbet…delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the food and the inviting atmosphere.More infoParcPrice: Expensive• French• Rittenhouse Square•4.8

Feeling so fortunate to have this wonderful trattoria in our “backyard.” The attention to detail is obvious in all their dishes! We enjoyed the seasonal salad with butternut squash and apples and then shared the Veal Osso Bucco and veal tortellini specials! Yum!! The Osso Bucco melted in our mouths n the veal tortellini complimented it perfectly! We CANNOT wait to dine again!! Thank you to our server, Victoria, and all the staff that made our experience memorable!More infoTrattoria ValonaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Hatboro•4.8

However, as soon as you walk in the front door, you know that you are some place special. The ambience is great, but, more importantly, the food was exquisite. Yes, it was expensive, but the experience was worth every penny. To start, we ordered rolls with chive butter, and, for an entrée, had pumpkin ravioli with walnuts, apples, onions, and ricotta cheese--yum! The food was so good that we decided to order dessert, an apple tartan which was equally delicious. On top of that, our server was excellent, very helpful, and friendly. You have to try this place at least once!More infoThe LovePrice: Expensive• American• Rittenhouse Square•4.8
