It came with a 4 lane basement bowling alley that was a local hangout for decades.There was talk of a speakeasy during prohibition. The Biltmore was across the street from a regional rail stop and often hosted private events for dignitaries, politicians and celebrities.Much of original brick front and interior has remained the same over the many reincarnations of this legendary bar. The original old growth wood flooring has stood up to many timeless celebrations as well.     Excellent meal and experience overall. Allergy request caused a problem with the salads that was avoidable. Kitchen issue? But error was on the side of excess caution, which is preferable to a mistake. Service and fondue courses were great.

    Marissa did an outstanding job with our appetizer to make sure there were no allergens. Enjoyed the rainbow trout: the whipped potatoes and butternut squash were perfect as sides. Everything was smooth, and we received a close table as requested ahead of time. Love coming here!

    We were early for our reservation and offered to sit at the bar until our table was ready. They forgot about us and ended up seating us at the same empty table that was empty when we arrived. Food was good, music and ambiance were lovely.
