- JJaneWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoLoved tea at Lady Camellia! Food was fresh and tasty and was more than anyone could eat so we all got to take home pretty boxes with leftover treats. Great tea selection, lovely china, pretty view, great service, and absolutely amazing scones. Arrive early to try to find on-street parking, but if non is available there is a $15 lot between the tearoom and the river. A bit pricey for parking but worth the convenience.More infoLady CamelliaPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Alexandria•4.6
- CCynthiaNew York City •30 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe entire high tea experience was perfect and ideal. Everything was perfect! The foods outstanding. The tea selection was so many it was hard to choose from. We each were satisfied with our selections and recommendations from our server. It was a wonderful afternoon and I would highly recommend this for a special afternoon with friends and family. Plus they have a no cell phone use policy. It was nice quiet conversations, exactly how dining out should be. Thank you to everyone who made our cold afternoon a delight.More infoKingbird at The Watergate HotelPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Foggy Bottom•4.2
- VVonettaWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoLovely experience! They don’t do “seconds” as some other hotels do for tea, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A great way to start the new year!More infoWillard Peacock Alley TeaPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Downtown•4.6
- AAnthonyVIPWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoAt $120 a person without a tip, this was a treat for me and my family. I'd only booked it because I had seen that the experience also came with a white house ornament and I was disappointed to see that they no longer include this as a benefit. Moreover, they seated our group right by the main entrance to the hotel, which would be fine had it not been winter and being met with a rush of frigid air every single time someone entered or left the hotel (which happened without fail at least 1-2 times every five minutes). A member of our group even wore her heavy winter coat the entire time because it was so cold where we were seated. Finally, at times the wait staff was nowhere to be found, so there were a handful of times throughout the evening when I needed new silverware or waters and had to wait an unusually long amount of time. The space is stunning but this is absolutely not worth the expense or the physical discomfort and inattentive service.More infoThe St Regis DC - Afternoon teaPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Downtown•4.4
