- EElizabethPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoMy server, Laura, was amazing. She made my lunch so enjoyable. The salad was an amazing combination of winter greens, and I loved the lemon mayonnaise with the shrimp. Thinking of making lunch at Dandelion a regular occurrence.More infoThe DandelionPrice: Moderate• Gastro Pub• Center City•4.7

- MMichelePhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined on 1 Dec 2024This weekend celebrated a milestone birthday. The service, food, music, and ambiance was exceptional! It totally exceeded our expectations. Aiesha, our server, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the Akwaaba history and food/tea selections. This year, we attended tea experiences in NY and DC. The Akwaaba Tea Salon experience was unmatched! I will be back!!More infoAkwaaba Tea SalonPrice: Expensive• Afternoon Tea• West Philadelphia•5
- WWendyVIPPhiladelphia County •32 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Nov 2024We enjoyed Chez Colette's Thanksgiving Buffet today. Included were sufficient choices to satisfy the glutton and the gourmet. Among the star dishes were a pheasant pâté, the pastrami salmon, and all the desserts (the bite-sized bûche de Noël, the pumpkin verrine, the chocolate and orange tartelette, and the pecan-bourbon pie were particular hits). Less impressive, in my opinion, though still good, were the "chicken pâté" (note omission of the word 'liver' though it was a chicken liver pâté) which needed something to kick it up (providing mustard would have helped) and the squash soup which needed a bit more cream; lacking cream, I added salt which helped a bit. The service was superbly attentive; the noise level very comfortable for quiet conversation. The bistro decor is in keeping with the brasserie theme. The price for the meal (we took advantage of an early bird special) was very reasonable. Even without that discount, I would say that this Thanksgiving buffet is worth the price.More infoChez Colette - Sofitel PhiladelphiaPrice: Moderate• French• Center City•4.3
