Best Restaurants with Dancing in Torrance / Carson

We were helped by David at the Skyroom and the fact that he read my note in my reservation indicating I had my wedding reception 12 years ago tells me they pay attention to details. I loved the elegant ambiance and the food was delicious and beautifully served. Well done Skyroom! Bravo! We will return many times I’m sure. Thank you for a memorable dining experience. Had Christmas Eve dinner at Tin Roof Bistro. We were seated promptly and food and service were delightful as always except for one thing: My husband ordered the special dessert of Bread Pudding. It really wasn't as described, and looked like we got the last bit of the pan it was baked in. There was almost no moisture - very little custard, no apples or cranberries, just a lot of toasted bread cubes, some burnt. We asked the waiter where was the fruit and rather than bringing us a proper portion from a new pan, he brought a ramekin of cranberries to add to it. Too bad - we saw another table's bread pudding and it looked amazing. If you are running out of a special, best to 86 it rather than try and scrape out one more substandard serving.

Excellent food, location and service. Alcohol is overpriced but food quality is very good

We wanted to take my mom out to lunch for her birthday. I’ve passed this place many times and it was right down the street from my church. Everything was great except the music was a little loud, which we weren’t expecting. My dad is 85 so we were a little worried but then my mom started bopping to the songs and my dad was loving the guacamole so it was ok. Overall we had a good time. The service and food were excellent.
