Best Live Music Restaurants in Broussard

I haven't been to Prejean's since it re-opened. Our waitress was so kind and polite to move us, when my cranky visiting relatives had an issue with sitting next to the band (even though the music was not blaring and very good!). The food was absolutely delicious, and cooked to perfection. I had the hamburger steak and garlic mashed potatoes. Sooo good. Everyone had seafood and they were all pleased with how good it was. I will go back. Kudos to bringing back a restaurant that had died.

We love Charley G's! Food is always consistently excellent. Husband and I had crab cakes and a cup of turtle soup. He also had the house salad which he said was the best salad he's ever had at a restaurant. We also shared the Cajun smashed potatoes which were delicious. One son had a house salad and a bowl of gumbo. He said the gumbo was delicious but there wasn't enough of it. The other son had the fish special -- sheepshead filet with a crawfish creme sauce with lump crab and 3 fried oysters on top of mashed potatoes. He said it was "out of this world." Charley G's is a great "special occasion" restaurant and the perfect place to take out-of-town guests.

Everything was excellent including the band. Our waitress was a little overwhelmed with 5 tables. The manager was assisting.

From the moment you walk through the doors you are treated like royalty. Everything is superb! Service, drinks, food and entertainment are top notch. There is nothing missing. A special place for sure.
