The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. In 2004, Daniel purchased Josephine’s in Marietta and developed an extremely loyal following based on the combination of great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality. Although Josephine’s closed in 2011, the name and the experiences are fondly remembered by countless people.

Although our building is over 225 years old we update our menu daily! Change is a good thing at the Greenfield. We specialize in next day delivery of seafood while we continue to cut our own steaks.     If you are looking for an excellent and inventive menu, Josephine's is the place. It isn't inexpensive but it is a delicious and lovely dining experience for those special occasions - or just because you deserve it! Our waiter was excellent. We all appreciated him sharing his observations and knowledge. The menu was excellent with plenty of variety - enough to please anyone. And the desserts were extraordinary both in deliciousness and in presentation.

    Great food and great service. Only glitch was our reservation on Open Table never got to them Luckily we were eating early and a table was available. Next time I will call rather than use OpenTable

    Thank you for offering Christmas Day menu! The ambience with decor and live music was perfect. The food was delish especially knowing it was Farm to Table ! We've decided this is our new family tradition for Christmas dinner !!!!
