Best Live Music Restaurants in Lafayette

We were 15 minutes early. Not a problem. We each ordered something different and all was delicious and fresh. Service was perfect even with the training of a new staff member. The noise level was perfect for those of us that are considered “seniors”. All and all we would certainly recommend Prejean’s either to locals and those passing through town. You will not be disappointed.

We love Charley G's! Food is always consistently excellent. Husband and I had crab cakes and a cup of turtle soup. He also had the house salad which he said was the best salad he's ever had at a restaurant. We also shared the Cajun smashed potatoes which were delicious. One son had a house salad and a bowl of gumbo. He said the gumbo was delicious but there wasn't enough of it. The other son had the fish special -- sheepshead filet with a crawfish creme sauce with lump crab and 3 fried oysters on top of mashed potatoes. He said it was "out of this world." Charley G's is a great "special occasion" restaurant and the perfect place to take out-of-town guests.

Everything was excellent including the band. Our waitress was a little overwhelmed with 5 tables. The manager was assisting.
