- CChrisPittsburgh •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy wife and I did an impromptu date night dinner here. We sat at a table in the bar area, which had several tvs on. The ambience was lively with people drinking and conversing. The wedding soup was outstanding and so was the sausage pizza I got. Service was excellent and friendly. We will definitely be back.More infoPizzaiolo Primo - South FayettePrice: Expensive• Italian• Bridgeville•4.7

What a surprise as you walk into the gorgeous bar and then to the back of the restaurant where you are transported to a lodge, cabin, a time travel where pubs began? The immense drink menu had us gobsmacked at the banana old fashioned and festive cocktails, but vinos on tap? Pierogis were legit homemade and the bison meatloaf was a chef kiss and the hug you need on a cold night. Dessert was a true treat and the French press was smooth and delicious.More infoCarmella's Plates and PintsPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.8

Beet salad and lamb chops were excellent. Drinks and dessert were excellent.More infoEddie V's - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Downtown•4.9
- FFredNew York City •1 review4.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024We times at Jackson's for the first time since their remodel following the fire. The food has always been remains good. Our server was excellent. However, there is little to no ambiance as compared to the previous incarnation of Jackson's. This is highly unfortunate. The tables in the bar area and sadly in the main dining room are now cheap and cheap looking what looks like white veneer formica. Won't spend too much time on it, but it's difficult to feel as though it's a fine dining experience. It's understood that the new open floor seating fan is designed to handle more customers per turn. However, between the tables, the closeness of tables, and the lighting choices, there is really no sense of ambience. The entree prices have of course risen with inflation. However, it's difficult to justify those prices with the ambience issues discussed above. Great service. Fine food. Sadly, no longer a fine dining experience.More infoJacksons - SouthpointePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Canonsburg•4.5
