We got the Jaleo experience tasting menu. It was excellent, and more food than we were expecting. Definitely worth the price! It was somewhat loud and we had trouble hearing the wait staff at times, but otherwise we would definitely do this again!

I really appreciate the ability to be able to have a conversation so many restaurant inDC are so noisy even sitting next to each other it's hard to talk. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Food was very delicious. We ordered small plates and a side: Burrata, raw bar (half dozen), chickpea tortilla tacos, tuna meatballs, grilled octopus, grilled carrots. Our favorite was the tuna meatballs - definitely ordering that again! The only dish that was slightly off was the octopus - was a little overcooked. The staff graciously gave us our dessert to go (so we could properly thank the grandparent sitters). We’d gladly come back for cocktails and full entrees in the future!

Great experience. Really interesting and good Japanese-style “tapas”. Lots of interesting dishes, with unique style that taste really good. The miso salmon was delicate and well balanced, the “pasta” was flavorful and delicious, the Teba chicken skewers were delicious. The atmosphere was dark with red lighting, the music was present but still could have a normal level conversation
