- MMelissaNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoCame here for my husbands birthday and was so impressed. We don’t get out often, but im so happy we came. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, staff was warm and welcoming, food was wonderful! They even had a pianist playing music and singing which was a really nice touch. He played everything from Billy Joel to Elton John to Frank Sinatra. He even started off with “fly me to the moon” which ironically was our wedding song. It was tasteful and classy, not disruptive. The wait staff was attentive and our glasses never got near empty. The atmosphere was so relaxing. We were able to have a conversation. We started with the eggplant tower which was amazing, and they even brought us a complementary bruschetta app while we waited. I had the jumbo shrimp and scallop dinner, which was wonderful. My husband has the surf and turf, which he thought was tasty and well done. I also think for the ambiance and the food quality as well as the service, the price was also fair. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant, and I look forward to coming back whenever we have the chance to get a night out again!More infoEncore by GoodfellasPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• New Haven•4.6

Great brunch and lunch entrees. Haven't tried dinner yet but loved what I experienced. Try the Terrain breakfast and the Dill Bloody Mary is truly unique..More infoTerrain Cafe – WestportPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Westport•4.7
- NNancyVIPNew York City •113 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Dec 2024Chef Margherita Aloi never disappoints. She is one of the few chefs in CT who provide that true Italian vibe. This is not an Italian American cuisine. Her choice of dishes and specials are like. O where Elise the servers are incredibly knowledgeable about everything she offers from cocktails. Desserts and specials. I had her ho,made pasta with filet mignon tips in a Marsala reduction with a sliver of parmigiana reggiano cheese. It was exceptional and made me feel like I was back in Italy. This is my all time favorite restaurant. From the moment you enter to being seated you are lifted to another place. I’ve been following Chef Aloi for more than 20 years. This is the real deal. Brava chef.More infoIl PalioPrice: Expensive• Italian• Shelton•4.7
