Best Restaurants with a Notable Wine List in Pacific Palisades

From the moment you walk in every detail is perfect,. everyone is friendly and the staff are accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. My second time there I think it’s my new favorite restaurant.

This was our second visit to the Penthouse--this time on a Saturday evening in the peak holiday/office party season. Although the restaurant and bar area was of course crowded and more noisy than usual, the ambience was still very good, and the service did not suffer. The food was excellent, as it was for our last visit. The good food, attentive service and terrific views make this a great choice for a "special occasion" restaurant.

Being a foodie from New Orleans I have experienced many amazing places in my dining endeavors, when in Santa Monica Meat is my geaux to for dinner. Our service was provided by Max who was a a true professional his approach, experience and recommendations we spot on! The chef and his staff knocked it out of the park in terms of the quality and timing of their preparation and presentation! I have been to this restaurant many times and each visit seems better than the last! If you’re looking for an elevated evening to entertain and impress this is the place. While expensive, you certainly get what you pay for treating yourself, family and friends is what it’s all about particularly during the holidays!

chef Raphael Lunetta is a master. He offers a fantastic menu that is both relatable yet hip and cool and maintains an environment that you never get tired of going to. His food is spot on with options to please the most picky diners if you’re lucky enough to have Jeffrey as your waiter, you are marvel in his ability to cover an entire room with skill and grace, and a terrific sense of humor. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
