Best Restaurants with a Notable Wine List in Plymouth Meeting

For over 40 years , my wife and I have celebrated our anniversary with good friends who were married 2 days apart from us. Many of the restaurants have come and gone (Deux Cheminee, La Camargue, Coventry Forge Inn, Vickers, etc). Sadly, our friend’s husband is gone, too, and for the last few years we have celebrated as a party of 3. Our table by a window had soft lighting. Service was attentive, but not overly so. The chef was kind to agree to substitute broccoli rabe for artichoke purée as a base for the Day Scallops, and to add anchovies to my awesome Caesar salad. My wife’s branzino was fabulous, as was my Barolo short rib. A caramel crunch brownie shared by 3 was the finishing touch. Savona, a cut above!

We were a group of 4 long-time friends catching up after many years. Our first table was in a room that was a bit noisy and we asked for another table and happily we were moved! Our food and service was great! It was wonderful to catch up with this group of friends.

It was very loud but it was very busy. But almost could not hold a conversation.

Another great dining experience. The food and our server Gianna were first-rate.

I always have a good time here and enjoy my meal and the atmosphere.
