FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building.     We dined at Opus and took advantage of the $59.99 prix fixe menu. What a deal!! Almost everything that is on the standard menu is on here, though a few require a $5 up charge. The portion sizes are the same as the standard ones. We were a group of 4 and had 4 different appetizers, 4 different entrees and 4 different desserts- everything was excellent!

    Had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with my family. Although it was busy due to the holiday, everything went seamless and the food was delicious. Our server Meghan took great care of us and was very attentive throughout the meal. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

    Excellent Christmas Eve at The Bryant. From our drinks and appetizers to our entrees and sides, everything was very good. Service was excellent. The restaurant was a few degrees too warm but the pace, service and atmosphere made for a festive evening. Given how chilly it was outside, I'm sure the warmth was welcome to most. I'd recommend coming here for a future Christmas Eve dinner.

    Attentive friendly service. Went over specials and recommendations. Checking in on us every step of our meal. First time here and we will definitely be back again! The food was so delicious our entire party finished everything on the plates.
