- JjasonVancouver / British Columbia •10 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was sooo good in taste and presentation. Had many Vegan options which is the way I go and they were delicious choices. The wait staff were phenomenal and on point. By far the best way to start the new year. This is my new favorite location for earls. Plus they have a pizza cook station right in the middle you can them making and baking them. Really neat atmosphere very wide open.More infoEarls Kitchen + Bar - Fir Street - VancouverPrice: Expensive• American• South Granville•4.5

She helped us with all our questions and was super attentive. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Having never experienced this style of Japanese cuisine, in my own words it's like "Japanese Soul Food". The bistro style atmosphere elevates the experience of the incredibly delicious and perfectly executed cuisine. This is by no means anything but amazing food. You just have to dive in and try things. Not one single plate disappointed and the delicious cocktails were a bonus. One time in particular, the Curry Poutine stood out because it is a beautiful example of natural fusion of Japanese and Canadian cuisine. I hesitate to use the word "fusion" but i'm not sure what else I'd call it other than a natural outcome of talented people making wonderful food representative of their own culture perfectly integrated with another one. Service was on point, every single member buzzing about like a colony of bees - you can kindly ask any one of them for anything! It's like walking into a family gathering. Bravo Guu Toramasa! This is my third time enjoying Hector’s creations and he never disappoints. The Botanist staff is worth experiencing as much as the food. Absolutely superb quality and food pairing, wine paring and menu creativity. The menu changes with the season but if you are around in the winter anything suck, lamb or pepper salmon is and will be divine. This is a must experience!More infoBotanistPrice: Expensive• Farm-to-table• Coal Harbour•4.7
