    We were very impressed with Etch - they made it an extra special meal for our anniversary with thoughtful details including a card, champagne toast and anniversary chocolates on top of our desserts. The cauliflower starter was good, but the duck tart was even better. For mains we tried the venison which was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the fish special which was a beautiful mahi. Desserts were an apple tart (our favorite) and eggnog ice cream sundae. Will definitely be back when we return to Nashville again!

    Everything was fabulous! The raw oysters, the green curry oysters (my fav), the red snapper crudo, the crab cakes and mimosas! If you haven’t been here, you need to try it! Service was excellent, our server Abbey was fantastic! We will definitely be back!!

    Staff was warm and friendly. The food was innovative and approachable at the same time. The space is unique and the open kitchen is fun to watch. I may have dimmed the lights slightly and put on a little music, but otherwise, the room was lovely. Would definitely return. Probably many times. Don't skip the house-aged ham or the Solomon cocktail.

    We went for the Christmas Eve buffet and EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. The jazzy Christmas music was relaxing. Our server was a 100, he was so friendly and very attentive to everything we needed. He kept our table clean and even folded our napkins for us when we went back for more. The food was amazing, our table of 4 all had different favorites; I'm still thinking about the French Onion soup, Pastrami smoked Salmon, coconut sweet potatoes and soy glazed Halibut. Thank you so much Adele's for a PERFECT Christmas eve dinner with family!
