Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Miami Springs

Restaurant was amazing, delicious food and great service.

I went went with 2 food lovers, and we had the 3 course menu for lunch, the short ribs Tacos, cesar salad, the branzino, and the carrot cake tres leches were to die for.. our waiter was this really young and nice boy who was patient and attentive with us. We seated outside because the weather was perfect, but the inside of the restaurant is amazing also! I will definitely will be coming back

Amazing restaurant! Food was inventive and delicious … service was excellent. Will definitely return. We are in form out of town and staying near the airport, where it’s tough to find lots of great places to eat. Kojin was a blessing … could not have asked for a better place to dine. Their wines are fabulous (they do not offer cocktails). And the staff from time to time dropped a little something extra at our table to taste. They even suggested a wonderful local salsa club nearby to go after dinner. This place rocks!

Visited for dinner on a Friday night. We had reservations and were seated quickly on the outdoor patio. The server, Maria, was wonderful. She was very thorough, explaining the menu and the special of the night which was a delicious risotto. We had a few dishes including the chaufa de pollo, pork belly bao buns, ceviche tradicional, and ceviche callejero. All were very good. We also had a couple of espresso martinis at just $7 each. Great food and service. Highly recommended.

I ate outside. Gotta say. It’s kind of magical. Had the chicken parmigiana. Was quite good. Dessert not the best. Chocolate cake. Was dry. Server had recommended their key lime pie. Should have listened to her.
