Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Santa Ana

The best service I have had in a long time in any restaurant. From the hostess switching out the white napkins to black ones because we were wearing black. My date didn’t even notice until I pointed it out to her. Service was great throughout the night. The food was delicious as well. What more could we ask for?

If you haven’t been to the new Restoration Hardware at Fashion Island yet, you’re missing out! This place is like a Pinterest board come to life, with every level designed with the most stunning furniture. But the real treat is at the top —the RH Ocean Grill. This rooftop restaurant is a masterpiece, with an open kitchen concept and breathtaking views of the ocean. We kicked things off with some refreshing Aperol Spritzes and they were perfect. Shout out to Carson for being the best server. The crispy artichoke was a first for me—so unique, crunchy and delicious, and it came with a rosemary aioli that I could’ve drank it on its own. We ordered the RH burger for the kids and they absolutely devoured it I couldn’t resist the lobster roll, which was buttery, loaded with chunks of lobster. So so good! The Chinese chicken salad was another hit, with a fantastic dressing and crispy fried noodles that added the perfect crunch. It didn’t last long on the table! Whether you’re shopping, dining or just soaking in the vibe, this new RH is the ultimate spot for a fabulous day out!

Tanner was a fantastic server! He was friendly, gave us extra attention for our anniversary, and gave great recommendations. The food was perfect (as usual), and we so appreciate the bartender recreating my husband’s favorite drink from an old menu - the black manhattan.

I came here for brunch with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clear a lot of thought went into creating the beautiful atmosphere. We ordered the avocado toast and the raspberry french toast which were both delicious and beautifully plated. The service was welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!

The pizza was very good and so was the Barata heirloom tomato salad. It's a nice new setting and an upbeat atmosphere.  the waiter as well as the owner were attentive to our needs. We will definitely go back!
