As always, Salum was terrific. From the welcome as we entered to the final cup of coffee, Abraham and his team ensured our evening was magical. We’ve been dining there for 19 years and look forward to doing so for another 19 more.

The prime ribeye is absolutely amazing. Also tried the salmon and delicious, especially with the truffle cauliflower risotto. Our other favorite is the ceviche appetizer. Gluten free without the ponzu sauce. Love the jalapeño and avocado on its own. Affordable and quality! Will be back!

Probably one of the best restaurants in Dallas I’ve had as far as their lack of pretension and their quality of food. Everything my vegetarian wife and I ate (I am not vegetarian) was fantastic. Standouts for us were the mushroom and egg appetizer, the crab eclair, and my striploin entree. Their house made bread is also fantastic (I even asked for extra but didn’t get any unfortunately!). Yes, it’s pricey, but for a nice dinner out you could pay the same or way more in this town and get food that’s not even half as good. Kudos to this chef and team.
