Best Restaurants with a Wood Oven in Arcadia

Wow. You can learn a lot about a chef by basic things like biscuits and chicken. These are to die for here. One of our best meals in Phoenix. Lots of pride in the details

Pizza choices through the roof. Pizza comes out quick in the wood fired oven. Can’t beat this stuff and arguably the best pizza in AZ. Service was good. My only knock was the wine seemed a little stale, but wasn’t horrible. Also, the wine in little 6 oz cups is cute, but only for certain types. Like a table Chianti, etc. not for other varietals, and not for 10-11 a glass. I’d like to see you change that, or offer a customer a choice. I get it, trying to be old school ginzo, but other than convenience on your part, it hurts the vibe a bit.

We had an amazing experience with JP! he made sure to take care of us from start to finish. The Flint is a great place to go for special occasions or just a nice night out. Will definitely be going back again for another amazing experience!

Kind of a hidden gem. You really don't know about the place. But very pleasantly surprised. Denny was our waiter. Great, knowledgeable, and friendly, without being "to friendly" or overbearing. Started with Calamari and peppers. Crispy, tasty, but a little chewy. Very good though. Then the Ibérica, and Burrata. Outstanding and the flatbread to go with was worth the trip in itself. We were going to have full meals but ate to much of the appetizers. So, decided to get the meatballs and a pizza. Both again were outstanding! The casino needs to let people know about Tash. Will definitely go there again. You think your heading to the parking garage, but it is adjacent to it, and well worth the walk.

We love Parma! The baked focaccia is incredible and all of the dishes we’ve had have been amazing.
