The location is in a great part of Manhattan near the flatiron. Very rustic design and comfortable seating The service team was excellent. Finally a place that makes bone on Chicken Scarapiello. 😃😃😃😃 Nice wine by the glass selection

Fabulous experience & Excellent service/ambience. From the moment we got seated, all staff and Sophia specifically made us feel very welcome and ensured we understood the vegetarian variations of the delicacies. Absolutely loved the truffle pizza and the tiramisu and had to order a second one before the night got over. Will definitely recommend and revisit ourselves.

I’ve always loved Serafina on Madison Avenue and have consistently had great experiences. However, last night was disappointing. Our server, an older gentleman, seemed unfriendly and was absent for much of our meal. This impacted the overall experience. I hope you can ensure that all staff members are welcoming and attentive to maintain the high standard I’ve come to expect from Serafina.
