Best Restaurants with a Wood Oven in Valley Ford

Wonderful lunch once again. Whenever we are in the Sonoma area we make sure we dine La Salette!

My husband and I have been guests here many many times and every meal has been delicious, service is excellent and staff is very friendly. We almost always order the short rib risotto it is fantastic! I have tried other dishes and they are always superb but I just love the short rib risotto. It doesn’t help we live about 2 blocks from Fume either. Our neighborhood go to.

We celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at Wit & Wisdom. The restaurant really made us feel special. It was one of our favorite dining experiences ever. I only wish I didn't have a larger-than-planned lunch beforehand so I could eat more. I started with a smoky bourbon cocktail which hit the spot on a cold rainy evening. The octopus and chickpea dish was warm and savory with a spiced broth. I ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. It wasn't as a sticky and rich as the one I had in England years ago, but it was a nice end to the meal. We will definitely be back. I just wish the restaurant opened for lunch so we can go more often as a day trip.

Very enjoyable evening! My husband has never dined at Mustards but always wanted to try it. We went for his birthday and he thoroughly loved it! Service was excellent and very accommodating with our seating location request! The menu and meal selection were perfect in everyway and did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!!!!

Awesome service by kind people! We were one hour early for our reservation and they were able to accommodate us. Thank you! This was our first pre-fixed dinner, the perfect dessert wrapped-up the whole dinner! Can't wait for next seasons menu! Thank you Chef and staff!
