Our focus is on fresh seasonal and sustainable produce combined with key ingredients specifically imported from Italy to create an authentic Neapolitan pizza for our customers. Our ingredients are meticulously hand picked to ensure the best taste possible. So come in, enjoy our wood-fired pizza, homemade pastas, vegan alternatives, locally sourced wines and best quality beer. We would be humbled to see you come as a guest and leave as a friend. We use our own sourdough starter for our pizza process which ferments for a minimum of 48 hrs – the result is a base with a great flavour, sourdough taste and a texture that is light but with a bit of chew. All our pizzas are hand stretched, traditionally topped, and woodfired – Napoli style. We use extra virgin olive oil and organic sea salt flakes on all our dishes. All our pizzas are 12 inches in diameter.

Hochi Mama was the God Mother of all aspiring street artists and rappers in the early nineties. An immigrant in the big city, she hosted underground art shows along with rap battles for the rejects; a place where you could just be at home, but with family. The whole crew was always welcome, the more the merrier, and she was well renowned for creating innovative dishes using the original famous dishes from her home country, and plenty of booze, in her spacious and homey warehouse. This cheeky, vibrant and buzzing Vietnamese Fusion venue is one for your to-do list. Boasting a killer menu and a super cool vibe, this place is known for a cocktail, feast or an intimate date night.

Finding harmony between authenticity and originality is something that first ignited the flame at Mesa Verde back in 2013 and continues to feed it today. While it’s fairly evident that an affinity for Mexican food and agave spirits is at the helm of what we do, our city’s rank on the culinary frontier has brought with it a particular nose for experimentation. So, since we’re very literally in the heart of Melbourne up here on the sixth floor of Curtin House, high above the city’s jugular Swanston Street, we feel it’s our responsibility to highlight what Mexican dining (and drinking) looks like in the eyes of the modern Melburnian. $10 Margaritas 4pm - 6pm daily.
