I have NEVER written a review, but the worst dining experience I have ever had....and on New Years Eve to boot. Hats off to Jamie the bartender for at least stepping up in an attempt to right this sinking ship. She took ownership of the situation while the owner was sitting with a group of his friends/family like Nero fiddling while Rome burned to the ground. 150 people sitting and waiting for over 4 hours for courses to be brought out----we left and never even received ours after waiting an eternity. People were blowing their party horns at their highest decibels, poetically adding to the chaos which was unfolding. When a waitress appeared with a tray of food, the table would erupt in mock jubilation at the mere thought of eating a shrimp cocktail or a leaf of Caesar salad. I hope someone else can verify these facts-----it was a classic Greek tragedy unfolding before our very eyes. Take the "best" episodes of Hell's Kitchen, Bar Rescue, and Kitchen Nightmares, put them in a blender and then pour it onto the floor and that was our dining room. Thank God we are two people who don't get upset by anything and now have a great cocktail story to share! But the facts are we went out for a New Years Eve night, and could not have picked a worse situation to be in, including being in a prison or at a Diddy Party. And finally, Mr Owner you should be ashamed at yourself sitting with your party and actually celebrating and eating while your establishment burnt to the ground. You should have been cooking, serving, bussing or whatever else needed to be done in attempting to lead your staff through this horrific night. Sell the place to Jaime, and least she cares-----and you surely should make sure you apologize to those staff members who I am sure all got stiffed in tips. New Years Eve is "just another night" to us, but to some it's a big night out which you certainly made memorable---and not in a good way

Awesome time and enjoyed ourselves! The igloo stayed at a comfortable temperature and everyone with or without heat intolerance enjoyed themselves without any temperature issues .

Awful. The igloo was barely even heated. There were used limes on the ground when we walked on. Horrific disappointment and awful for the poor waitress to deal with. We left after appetizers to go elsewhere for dinner. Extremely disappointing.

Be warned- If I could rate a zero, I would! Expensive and poor service. Restaurant NOT well run! Bar seemed to be hustling. Even with reservation they couldn’t get it together to seat us in a timely manner ~ even though there were many, many open tables. Food was served luke warm, some items never received, no spoons, lack of salt/pepper shakers, I can mention a few more disappointments. Place has potential but is falling short in every aspect except location. Will NEVER waste my $$ here again.

Went for Grinch Brunch. Food was good. Waiting 10 mins at door and no one would even acknowledge us. Then finally got a manager and not even a hello. Sat us. Grinch walked around. He was good. Waitress never came back to table after she took our order. Had to flag down multiple people to help us. Finally just got up and stood at the door until we could get our check. Service was terrible. It wasn’t very busy either.

I attended the brunch with my three grandchildren. The y had an event that day for crafts and How the Grinch Stole Brunch. The Grinch was awesome, and the kids LOVED it! Food was awesome and waiter stopped by often. Will definately consider going here rather than other breakfast places!!

We went for Brunch with Santa, and it was our first time. The location is nice, nothing super fancy, but for a restaurant at a ski resort, we liked it. The service was pretty bad. We had to ask for our waitress multiple times, including to get more coffee, and waited for about 30 mins before ordering. We were also seated away from the area with Santa, which we weren’t too worried about… but halfway through our meal, a children’s birthday party began in the adjacent room, changing the atmosphere completely. It got loud and being the only table in that space, we felt very secluded and forgotten about (notably having to ask for our waitress to attend to our table). The food was average, not the best we’ve had and certainly nothing to rave about. We decided we wouldn’t return unless for convenience of skiing at the resort.

We had a reservation but there was no one to check us in and the staff seemed stressed. Someone finally told us she would have to seat us upstairs like it was a bad thing. Well, it meant that they really don’t have staff for upstairs. After a half hour with no water or the glass of wine we ordered, we left. This place likely was understaffed and needs management but it was not a good experience and we won’t be going back.
