The Lower Lonsdale restaurant scene is in need of a seafood restaurant that utilizes the bounty of fresh seafood from our unique and celebrated West Coast. Fishworks restaurant will feature timeless classics as well as contemporary , modern cuisine.

Fishworks is alive with bustling energy, an environment which is both warm and welcoming with vaulted ceilings and careful attention to detail. The colors used in the design along with the simple but elegant decor present an atmosphere which is second to none. Shallaw has also made it a priority to ensure that original heritage design features have been kept and the result is a careful blend of ” old ” and ” new “. The end result is beautiful , well designed space which promises to be a landmark among North / West Vancouver restaurants. At Fishworks we strive to be the best at everything we do. Open Mother's Day May 8th, 2022 between 11:15 am-2:00 pm and 4:00 pm-9:00 pm.

This place is in our neighborhood and we frequent it a lot because it is consistently good virtually every dish we have tried. The service is always attentive and the atmosphere convivial. Highly recommended.

I had requested as quiet a table as possible, but when we were shown what they had saved for us, we decided it was too close to the door. They found the next best - a corner table - and it was perfect! Although there was lots of talking, there was no background music so we were able to hear everyone quite comfortably. Plus, our waitress worked hard to accommodate our requests - food quickly for a starving child to start! As always the food was excellent. We don’t get to Vancouver often, but when we do we always make sure to include a meal at Fishworks. It is our favourite place to dine!!

The Rock Fish with green curry special was so delicious. It should be on the regular menu.

We were celebrating a birthday and our server Chloe was kind and patient enough to accommodate our requests for pictures, hot water. The food was just divine, we tried the recommendations (the octopus is definitely worth a return for), the fish for the fish and chips combo is robust, mussels were HUGE and did not have a fishy smell or after taste, the scallops were juicy, and the piece de resistance: the white chocolate brownie with pistachio ice cream **chef's kiss!** Highly recommend for either a special night out or a weekly!

Busy restaurant, for good reason, with very friendly staff who seem to be there at just the right time when you need them. All of the food was top notch, especially the daily special. The new house white wine is a very good choice

Lovely service and food but felt very rushed, the whole meal. I get it, you are not fine dining but seriously …After 1:50 minutes, we were told to wrap it up, ‘there were people waiting’ not by our server, but by another server. There was no one at the door from the time we were told until the time we left at 8:15. Kinda ruined it for us.
