   I was so looking forward to New Years Eve dinner at my absolute favorite place to enjoy steak. The service was stellar and the restaurant beautifully decorated and clean, but the food was just awful. I ordered the filet medium, but what I got was a charred, difficult to chew scrap of meat. The inside was cooked correctly, but the outside was nearly impenetrable to cut and chew. The mashed potatoes were dry and seemed old. I just didn’t feel like complaining and didn’t say a word(totally my fault)! Felt like I was eating Catherine’s turkey from Christmas Vacation! This was my last visit sad to say.

   We went for NYE and everything was absolutely lovely with 2 small exceptions: there was someone at the bar absolutely screaming every few minutes, disturbing the evening and overall ambiance. The restaurant isn't responsible for a customer's poor behavior, but I do wish management had intervened potentially sooner. Additionally, our dinners seemed to be timed wrong, as my partner's steak came out piping hot but my chicken and our side came out quite cold. However, regardless of this, the food and wine were exquisite, the dessert was to die for, and our server was absolutely phenomenal. Thank you to Fleming's for a fantastic night out!

   Normally, at Flemings, everything is fantastic. We have been going there for years. That said, tonight we had the most upsetting dessert. We ordered creme brûlée for two and they brought it out before it was fired. At first we took a bite then realized this was not ready and had not been heated. The dining room was experiencing a rush a we figured it was overlooked. But we will make mention to the host next time. Unfortunately disappointed.

   The food and service was impeccable. I had not eaten there in awhile but forgot how good the food was. Our waitress was attentive but not too much. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   This restaurant has the best customer service of any place I have been. Very attentive. They saw 2 people were using gluten free menus and when they brought bread for the table, they brought a plate of cut up veggies and dip without even asking. Everything they did was top tier

   Received my steak cold with melted butter returning to solid. Waitress was busy and MIA, we had to flag down another waitress to assist. Mgmt did make it right and took the steak off the bill. But, really, for the cost, it was a bit lackluster.

   This was the worse birthday I ever had had at what supposed to be a nice 5 star upscale restaurant especially for the price you pay which I don’t mind paying for a good experience but the guy server was awful the manager that was a lady was even more bad then the server then she got another manager who was the head didn’t make my steak right twice in a row I waited for 1 hour and 30 mins for entree then over 30 mins for alcoholic beverages I will never be back unless someone else is having a birthday dinner

    Server was wonderful, it’s an open floor restaurant so noise can be an issue. Oysters Rockefeller was outstanding, the Poke appetizer was good, but the Lavash crackers with were beyond stale. I had the Chef’s Winter Prix Fixe, I thoroughly enjoyed it, the bread pudding dessert was a bit lackluster but all in all, a great meal. My wife had the scallops and enjoyed them but was a bit disappointed in the crème brûlée, the caramelized sugar crust was virtually non existent, part of the delight with crème brûlée is breaking the crust. We enjoy this restaurant and will return.
