   Terrific food and service, as is the usual for Fleming’s. Our favorite steakhouse in the west Valley without question. The highly trained and efficient staff kept our party of 6 happy and well taken care of throughout our visit.

   Fleming’s Steakhouse Peoria is one of our favorite destinations for dinner! The dinner menu offers a wide variety of choices for the entire family. Last night we enjoyed a filet, grilled shrimp, sliders and tempura shrimp which were all expertly prepared and seasoned!! Kudos to the amazing managers and waitstaff - Chase, Scott, Kristos, Terri, Jose’, Berniece and Evan.

   Before arrival, I had requested a four top. Upon arrival, we were seated at a 2 top. According to the hostess, It would take another 15 minutes to get the requested table. We went ahead and took the table for 2, which reinforced why we much prefer a table for 4. To their credit, the manager came over after about 5 minutes and offered to move us, but we already had our water, bread and drinks so we stayed. Their tables for 2 are so close together, there's no private conversation. On one side of us, a hard of hearing man. On the other, we got to hear how wonderful their meal was. (not a bad thing, but we're trying to celebrate an anniversary here.) These tables are just too close together. Our service was a bit slow, but they were very busy. As always, the food was very good.

   The best experience. we celebrated our first wedding anniversary and the restaurant was so attentive that they gave us a plate with a box of truffles and a little firecracker. It was really thoughtful.
