   The French Onion Soup is the best on the Planet! We love the shellfish tower. We enjoy sitting in the bar. We especially appreciate the service of Steve and Corey. The entire staff and restaurant is a 10!!! David and Sue C

   Fleming’s in Rancho Cucamonga has dropped many levels, mainly in service, hosting, and condition. Our bill was about $1000 including tip (we didn’t dock it even though they didn’t deserve it), we expected the bill amount to be around that for 6, but didn’t expect the dismissive service. We were all but forgotten and when asked for anything as the server walked by us she would frown as if weren’t her table guests. The ambiance itself needs a make over or a refresh at the very least, what once looked new and elegant now looks old and rundown. If the prices were half the price I can almost let the aesthetic issue pass, but the service didn’t help. I actually was embarrassed since I chose the place for our visiting guests. Lesson learned no more Fleming’s I can find another great steakhouse to enjoy a nice dinner and be shown the service and courtesy one expects. Interestingly enough Paul Martins is in the same Family of Fleming’s and it’s the exact opposite.

   We dined here previously and had a not so pleasant experience. The manager reached out to us right away to apologize and asked us to please dine with them again. We went back last week and had a dramatically different experience. Our server, Kailey, was a dream from the start. She was so attentive and made our dinner extraordinary. I didn't see a drink on the cocktail menu that really stood out to me so she asked what I liked and said she would ask the bartender, Corey, if he could come up with something that incorporated the flavors I was looking for. He made the perfect cocktail with Mezcal. Our tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly, the Brussels sprouts were crisp and flavorful and the Lobster Mac & Cheese was decadent. Overall we had an outstanding experience and look forward to dining again soon! Thank you Kailey and Corey!

    I didn’t catch the name of our server. But I’m sure you can research it on your end. She was great and served us professionally. She represented FLEMINGS very well. Our bus girl was very attentive. All I would suggest for her was an easier smile for her guests.  Our food was very, very tasty. But I found that our ribeye steaks, all ordered, medium rare, were ultra rare and hard to cut. Three of us ordered the ribeyes and all of us had the same comment. We have moved out of Southern California for seven years, so I’m not sure how I would find business at FLEMINGS in Rancho Cucamonga. I was so glad to see the crowds dining there on Friday evening. Good for you! Next time we visit our friends in Rancho Cucamonga we will keep FLEMINGS in mind.
