Every dish at El Cerdo is crafted to be a unique experience that brings friends and family together.Please note, all table bookings are for two hours. However, later table bookings from 7:30pm onwards are given the table until close.Our Bourne End restaurant welcomes dogs to our side terrace only, to accommodate any guests that may have allergies. Please note this terrace is heated, but uncovered, and we are unfortunately unable to move guests with dogs inside the restaurant or on our from terrace in cases of poor weather.

Taking hospitality back to it's roots with a warm welcome from our genuinely friendly team, gastronomic experiences showcasing outstanding suppliers and produce but most of all – to enjoy our great quality menu, simply prepared. The White Oak prides itself on offering a diverse selection of wines, beers, cask ales and ciders. Our carefully selected wine list offers an accessible range of bottles to suit all tastes and dishes and don't worry if you are driving, we have an extensive lo and no alcohol list too. There is a large garden and terrace which is covered and has heaters, with dining pods for the perfect unique dining experience. There is ample parking and dogs are very welcome in the bar.

Boasting glamorous wood panelling, diamond cut mirrors, a spacious marble-topped bar area, and greenery throughout the main restaurant guests can relax watching the chefs in action in the open kitchen. With an exclusive menu taking guests on a journey of taste using the finest ingredients across Italy, guests can experience fish expertly filleted tableside, Fassona beef sourced from Piedmont in North West Italy and authentic Italian pasta dishes like the Carbonara Grande, prepared at the table from a giant pecorino cheese wheel.     It’s not always easy being a vegan and dining at a restaurant that doesn’t specialise but tonight I was blown away by the quality of the food which was so flavourful. There wasn’t a huge amount of choice for me but I had the Asian salad and the plant based curry and they were bursting with flavourful ingredients. It’s just an annoyance that there were so many vegetarian dishes that could have so easily be veganised. All five of us enjoyed our meals, the service was great - as always - and the cocktails were scrumptious. It is such a shame that the side of Brussels sprouts had butter on them meaning I couldn’t have them, and I absolutely love them so had to miss out for the sake of substituting cow butter with plant butter. But all in all it was a lovely night out and The Ivy put on so many speciality Christmas foods and drinks. If you’re a meat eater you will love this place as the food choices are vast.

    Great refit from old appearance as the Marlow Bar and grill, food was outstanding (had the liver) as was the rest of the meal, we visited at 2pm hence noise level was low. There are many new dishes to try and we intend to go back soon.

    It was the first visit but not the last. The food was outstanding, and the service was first-class. It was a quiet Saturday due to the school holidays, so we were fortunate to have a lovely ambience. The choice of tapas was excellent, and every dish was delectable. Our favourite was the Mushroom Croquette. Beautiful views of the river and tastefully decorated inside with a lovely Christmas atmosphere
