Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon.     Wow! Presentation is everything here. The entire meal from seating to drinks to ambience was perfect. It felt like an elevated experience for the average American. The shots were strong and on point! My favorite was the coconut shrimp served in a cigar box. So classy! This will be a must do on trips in the future.

    My wife and I had lunch at Delmonico today. This is our first time for lunch and it was great. We split the tomato salad, had a smash burger and the small filet - all were very good and perfect portions. The star of the show, however, was the steak fries - perfectly cooked and delicious. We could not stop eating them. While Delmonico is known for the big steak dinner, it’s a great place for a nice lunch as well.

    Service was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. The host says immediately greeted and walked me to my seated reservation. I was promptly greeted by someone to get our drink orders. Our server was amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received at any restaurant. She knew the menu. She had some great recommendations and she was on top of things while taking care of multiple tables for a very busy Sunday night. Our food was amazing. All in my party were raving about how scrumptious our meal and appetizers were. You can tell our sushi was fresh and our food was cooked to order. Great follow through with the staff to check on us to make sure we had everything we need. Overall, I’m super impressed with the level of service and will visit this establishment again in the future when I visit Vegas
