Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients.     Thoroughly enjoyed Legends grill. The service, and food was top tier. The venue with the beautiful golf course outlook was further enhanced by a family of kangaroos right outside the window. The food was well portioned and the flavours all worked beautifully together. Only thing that took away from the experience was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working in the dining room area what we were sat in making it somewhat warm and muggy.

    You have the option to sit inside or outside over looking the lake and golf course. We had a group of 10 there wasn’t any table service so had to order food and drinks at the bar and it was very easy and quick and when the food arrived wow it was fantastic everyone was very pleased.
