We are a 21+ restaurant and bar. Founded in 2018 by Joel and Matthew and purchased in late 2022 by Becky and Jon, the vision remains the same: Old English pub vibes, high quality food. We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house. Cooks who have the freedom to create seasonal dishes ranging from foraged mushrooms to house made sausages. To go with your meal, we offer skillfully made, non-fussy cocktails, carefully selected wines, a plethora of beers, sours, and ciders on tap and a a robust non alcoholic selection. We top it all off with warm and knowledgeable service. Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave.     My partner and I finally splurged and spent the night at The Lodge. Went for dinner as well at Cedar and Elm. Everything was outstanding. The food was delicious and gorgeous. We had the bread with the dirty drippings, which is a can’t miss, the gnudi was scrumptious, and the pork belly special with grapes was mind blowing! The poussin (baby chicken!) was also excellent. We also were able to say hello and thank you to the chef, Luke Kolpin, but I did not Top Chef fangirl him! We were too full for dessert, but came back for an excellent Sunday brunch the next morning. Both times we had excellent service from Abby (the resident ghost!), who was so sweet and professional. We will definitely be back to try more of the food. Definitely a highlight of the holiday season. Thank you!

    Had the duck confit, the pickled vegetables and the potato rolls, with a true grit (house mezcal cocktail). Also sampled a little of my date's filet mignon in anchovy butter. All excellent. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. My only beef is that with the high ceilings and hard surfaces everywhere it gets pretty loud. But that's every restaurant these days so I can't hold it against this one in particular.

    Great spot for a great cut of steak – the folks working there made it fairly easy to pick between all the excellent choices on the board. Cocktails and ambiance were great too. Nice space but still casual and easy going. On their website they say they are "notably unpretentious and notoriously delicious" and I would heartily agree.

    As always, both the food and service were excellent. The Chilean Seabass is expensive but it's the best seabass I have found in Seattle. Pasta was also very good too.

    Nice dinner as always. It would be nice if they added some variety to the menu... at least a weekly special or something. We've been visiting since they opened and the menu has not changed. It gets a bit repetitive and we find ourselves looking for other places and options.
