    The view from the restaurant is stunning. As it is only steps away from the Incline, was a perfect place to have lunch. The French Onion Soup was hot and yummy - interesting marbled rye croutons in it. The Ahi Tuna Salad was the perfect size and the 'correct' amount of dressing. The Greek Salad was fresh and filling. The steak tacos (on the dinner menu but available for lunch) were devoured! I would recommend enjoying this venue!

    I went with my grandmother who has mobility challenges and is wheelchair bound on Christmas. Because of her mobility issues, we were very late, but they were very accommodating on all aspects. They put out a ramp so that we could get over the stairs and gave us an incredible seat by the window. The service was excellent. The food was beautiful. The atmosphere was incredible. So thankful for everyone at Otaru for giving my grandmother a very special day.

    James was an exceptional server/bartender/Sommelier/hostess! He gave perfect recommendations to pair with our starters and meals. The Norwegian Halibut was amazing! The evening was extremely special celebrating our dad’s birthday. It was sweet and memorable to have two daddy daughter dates as well. Molly also was so sweet! We will definitely come back! Thank you and Happy Holidays!

    Staff and the service were exceptional. We had several items on the menu and one off menu item. Everything was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable about selections as was the entire staff.

    Service and ambiance were top notch. It’s definitely a one of a kind dining experience, especially during the holiday season. The dining area was unfortunately quite cold during our stay and when we both got the soup to warm up it was closer to lukewarm. For the cost I’d expect those little things to be more tuned up. Wonderful staff more than made up for it though and would overall recommend.
