Our favorite items were the foie gras, beef wellington, braised short rib, and the sticky toffee pudding. I was particularly impressed that some of the items such as the beef wellington and the sticky toffee pudding were distinctly superior here compared to where we had them before at the Pub & Grill. They weren't bad at the Pub & Grill, but were somewhat forgettable. I wasn't sure what the hype was regarding those items before but now I understand after having them at Hell's Kitchen. We love the ambience and appreciated how it wasn’t too loud with music. It was beautiful restaurant and food was amazing. I ordered a seafood tower with pasta, and my only complaint is that it was way too salty for me. Ribeye was delicious with the horseradish sauce out of this world. We also got the chile fried rice with short rib which was excellent. Apps - beef satay, fried chicken wontons and koong sarong all delicious but if I had to choose one it would be the satay. My partner got the sliced ribeye with a peanut sauce which was so tender and flavorful. Banana spring rolls for desert was the perfect ending. Service was also great. I have seen complaints about portion for price but I disagree. I felt portions were just right if not generous. It’s not cheap but it’s great food and in Vegas so what do you expect? Worth it!
