We offer scratch American Cuisine, fine crafted cocktails and Northwest wine and beer. Our custom roasting works showcases our 12-hour Hereford Prime Rib, Applewood Smoked St Louis Ribs and spit fired organic rotisserie chicken.     We eat at the Copperleaf often, and it never disappoints. The wait staff is experienced and has been working there for years. The food is always delicious and well prepared. This was our second Christmas Eve dinner, and it's strongly recommended.

    One of the dinners ordered was given to another table. 3 of us got our meals while the 4th person waited. Once their food came, the rest of us were finished. So much for having a meal together

    Not worth the special trip if you aren't staying at the hotel already. Parking was very unclear for dinner guests; we needed to ask valet what to do. The parking lot is far opposite end from the restaurant, so you either have to walk all the way around the hotel's exterior, or navigate all the interior hallways to find it. Our reservation was meaningless; we waited 20 min to even be acknowledged by the single staff member at the restaurant. She then sent us over to have dinner in the bar because she was too busy to serve us! Their saving grace was that the food was tasty, and the server in the bar was nicer. The price was highfor what we got, but it's a hotel restaurant. We won't be back unless actually a guest in the hotel and have limited options.
