    Our food came out cold. There were no specials. Menu was limited and service was terrible. We have been eating at this restaurant for years and years. Left feeling incredibly disappointed

    My 2nd time here within a month. Both times the service was friendly, helpful and attentive; rare in my experience. Food was delicious and served piping hot. My return visit was inspired by my first - I liked it so much I came back with my wife who is a foodie. She is just as impressed as I am. Nice evening out. We'll be back.

    We always enjoy eating at Francesca's! Food and service are always great. My one suggestion would be to bring back your Gluten-free bread (the one you had before you started using Gluten-free pizza crusts... which you don't have anymore either). That would make it the perfect meal.

    Food was good, service was good, I’d go back. The appetizer focaccia with ricotta and honey absolutely amazing which the waitress suggested.

    Our entrees were great, shrimp risotto, veal chop, pork chop, and roasted chicken. Cooked perfectly, and delicious. The appetizers, mussels, and fried calamari were a little lacking. The mussels were very mushy and not really flavorful. The fried calamari were completely devoid of breading, I don't know if that was intentional, or a mistake. However not preferable.
