   That was one of the most amazing experiences I've had in a long time. The food is absolutely spectacular and crave-able!! I can't stop thinking about the braised lamb shank, smoked BBQ beets, and carrot tostada. Chef Rob is nothing short of a creative genius. You can see and taste his passion in every dish. Our server Ashley was also amazing. She was super attentive and friendly. To say our minds were blown is an understatement. 10/10 recommend.

   Unfortunately we were a two top that made a resy about a month in advance and they seated us in the inside corner of a long table with booth seating where we had slide in and out an abnormal amount of bench and then straddle the crack of the bench because the place mats were in odd places… so I ended up dressing up in a nice dress only to have it get stuck in the bench as I was sliding up and down the long table they put us at. Very odd choice. Given the price point I would think ambience and guest comfort would be a higher priority. Our server was super nice and attentive, along with the rest of the staff. Timing of the food coming out was a bit off and I wish the fondue had options besides only bread for dipping. Wagyu was cooked perfect but unfortunately the amount of wasabi was way too overpowering for the delicate flavor of the meat and noodles. Pork ramen was also delicious - cooked to perfection, but I wish the dishware was taken into consideration- hard to eat ramen out of such a wide shallow bowl and typical silverware. A deeper spoon would have also been nice.

   Francks is a beautiful restaurant with excellent service and food. Can’t wait to go back in the summer and enjoy their beautiful patio. 10/10 staff is absolutely phenomenal.

   Franck's did it again - we had an AMAZING Valentine's Day 8-course dinner and every single dish was outstanding. Truly a hidden gem in Utah.

   We celebrated my mother's birthday here and we loved it! Everything we ordered was so delicious and beautifully presented. The brioche bread with miso butter, the tomato danish, the meatloaf, and their soup! I would honestly come back even just to try their soups and different appetizers it was seriously that good! Plus the service was great, very attentive and kind. We are definitely coming back!

   Had a very good dinner experience at Franck’s . Food quality was very good, Wendy was a very attentive server. Our only negative issue was the noise level in the restaurant at 7:30pm on a Friday night. While I realize the restaurant can’t control the guests at their tables, it seemed like all of the larger parties were celebrating events with lots of loud voices….. I highly recommend Franck’s considering the entire experience overall.
